The boat is pretty much what I hoped it would be, fun, comfortable, and a totally new sailing experience.
Oddly enough it may be the most comfortable boat to sail I have ever owned. In the above picture the wind started to pick up and it started to rain. All the other boats out headed for moorings and got soaked, I closed the hatch, rolled up some sail and continued on cozy and dry.
It’s still raining as I post this, waiting in Radio Bay for the evening breeze to start so I can return to my chosen mooring for the night.

Hi – nice blog. I am thinking about building a 20% upscale of Paradox and bought the plans. If you do not mind newbie questions:
1. what do you do for a portapotti and where does it stow?
2. Did you use Lexan or something else for the windows?
3. Don’t the windows get hard to see out of in the rain and how do you clear them?
Thanks in advance for your patience and guidance, Chris

I use shoreside facilities when available, bucket and chuck it otherwise.
My windows are lexan, others have said plexi won’t do the curve on the front window. Never had any trouble seeing out when wet.
