Well it took 4 hours to get back down the river to cross the ICW and enter Grand Lake, which will be the first of a series of lakes to get to the Schooner Canal. I’m already happy to be lake sailing even if it was slow going and there was some thunder shower activity. SW winds are predicted for the next few days, that would be nice, even if on the light side. 

I was only anchored a few minutes when the resident alligator came by for a look, the Paradox is 4 alligators long here…an improvement in my opinion. 

Better scenery than the ditch. 

I need to go back and edit the last post as I wrote it early in the afternoon before the feast I didn’t expect.
